Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment approach focusing on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors affecting mental health.

Do you offer remote sessions?

Yes, we offer both remote therapy sessions, as well as face-to-face sessions in Richmond, ensuring accessible mental health support.

Who can benefit from your services?

Individuals (aged 16+) facing mental health challenges, professionals seeking training in mental health care, and organisations interested in workshops.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with most health insurance providers, including AXA Health, Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Healix and WPA, but unfortunately do not accept Vitality at present. Clients can also choose to self-fund.

How many sessions will I need?

CBT is a short-term and focussed treatment approach that achieves results. Generally, 12-20 sessions are sufficient to achieve goals, though this depends on the specific mental health challenges being experienced. However, there is no commitment to a set number of sessions.
