Hello! I’m Chaim

With years of experience in mental health treatment, including NHS primary care, drug and alcohol, and adolescent mental health services, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy. My approach is personalised to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating therapeutic approaches, such as, CBT, ACT, CFT, in addition to humanistic and integrative psychotherapies, helping you to achieve your therapy goals.
Following the completion of a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, I studied on the acclaimed Master’s program in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Goldsmiths University of London, where I attained a distinction. Additionally, I have undergone post-graduate specialist training at the University of East Anglia, focusing on the interplay between Physical Health and Mental Health.
I have published journal articles and delivered training sessions for mental health professionals relating to my academic interest of the cultural adaptation of CBT for minority groups, in particular, the Orthodox Jewish community.

Hello! I’m Gila

I’m a CBT therapist with a deep passion for supporting people on their journey toward better mental health and well-bein. In my work, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including ACT, CFT, and Motivational Interviewing, to ensure each session is uniquely tailored to fit the needs of the individual I’m working with.
My experience in the NHS has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to support people from all walks of life as they navigate their personal challenges. I’ve also pursued extensive training in therapy, earning a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University and graduating with distinction in a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT from the University of Hertfordshire. My earlier background in Mathematics sharpened my analytical and problem solving skills, which I now bring to my evidence-based therapeutic approach.

Above all, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where my clients feel truly heard and supported. Together, we work to uncover their strengths and empower them to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives

"You have really helped me a lot with the CBT sessions and I feel very positive following therapy! One of the nicest things about you is you really took in all the details and you listened very carefully to everything that I had to say. I feel very privileged to have had your support."

Client

"I had already tried treatment twice with two separate therapists before I started with Chaim and by that point I was in a really bad way. I didn’t know how I would be able to engage with therapy but Chaim met me where I was at and worked at my pace instead of pushing me beyond my capabilities too soon. He noticed things that no one had picked up on before and clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience."

Client

"Chaim was the first professional who genuinely seemed to care about whether I got better or not. Putting me back together again has been a gradual process and he has stayed consistently calm, kind and patient in his approach. It's hard to trust in much when you’re in a dark place but you can trust that you will be in safe hands with Chaim. Therapy with him has made such a difference, I just don’t know where I would be otherwise."

Client

“I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received from Chaim over the past two years. Chaim provided a safe space where I felt comfortable discussing my challenges. He helped me understand OCD and helped me develop effective ways of dealing with it. Thanks to Chaim, I have made significant progress in managing my OCD and has made a significant improvement in my well-being. I highly recommend Chaim to anyone looking for a supportive, knowledgeable therapist.”
