Hello! I’m Chaim
With years of experience in mental health treatment, including NHS primary care, drug and alcohol, and adolescent mental health services, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy. My approach is personalised to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating therapeutic approaches, such as, CBT, ACT, CFT, in addition to humanistic and integrative psychotherapies, helping you to achieve your therapy goals.
Following the completion of a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, I studied on the acclaimed Master’s program in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Goldsmiths University of London, where I attained a distinction. Additionally, I have undergone post-graduate specialist training at the University of East Anglia, focusing on the interplay between Physical Health and Mental Health.
I have published journal articles and delivered training sessions for mental health professionals relating to my academic interest of the cultural adaptation of CBT for minority groups, in particular, the Orthodox Jewish community.

Hello! I’m Gila
I’m a CBT therapist with a deep passion for supporting people on their journey toward better mental health and well-bein. In my work, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including ACT, CFT, and Motivational Interviewing, to ensure each session is uniquely tailored to fit the needs of the individual I’m working with.
My experience in the NHS has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to support people from all walks of life as they navigate their personal challenges. I’ve also pursued extensive training in therapy, earning a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University and graduating with distinction in a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT from the University of Hertfordshire. My earlier background in Mathematics sharpened my analytical and problem solving skills, which I now bring to my evidence-based therapeutic approach.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where my clients feel truly heard and supported. Together, we work to uncover their strengths and empower them to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives
